Loan Limit : 50% of maximum loan to value
Loan Tenor : 1~3 year (extension available)
Repayment Method : Flexible deposit and withdrawal during loan period and full repayment at maturity
Early Limit Cancellation Fee : 1% of early limit cancellation amount

Loan Rates

▪ For deposit services, customers are required to complete the 'Account Opening Application' form.
▪ This service is available simultaneously with Home Mortgage Loan Plus.
▪ All figures subject to change depending on predetermined changes in criteria.
