With the Personal Information Protection Act taking effect, you are required to submit a Consent to Collection·Use
·Provision of Personal (Credit) Information when you apply for any position in HSBC. Please fill out the attached form
completely (“Consent to Collection·Use·Provision of Personal (Credit) Information”) and submit it along with Application
Form or English resume.

For entry-level positions, download Application Form below, fill out the form completely and submit it via e-mail
or postal mail together with "Consent to Collection·Use·Provision of Personal (Credit) Information (For Job Applicants)".
If you’re an experienced applicant, send us your English resume and " Consent to Collection·Use·Provision of Personal
(Credit) Information (For Job Applicants)" via e-mail or postal mail.

If you are successful on the first assessment, we will invite you to complete our further application process.
